About the Workshop

Dare to Lead™ is a courage building program for groups developed by Dr. Brené Brown. The program teaches the foundational skills that enable leaders to do the hard things that they must do but often avoid — initiate difficult conversations, make the best decision even when it’s unpopular, and choose what is right over what is fast or easy.

Drs. Julie McDonald and Lisa Graham were trained by Brené Brown as Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators. They enjoy bringing this groundbreaking work to life with authenticity, humor, and our own take on the material.

McDonald Graham's Fall 2024 two-day workshop is August 21st and 22nd from 8:00am-5:30pm in Birmingham, AL.

Please plan to attend the full two days of the workshop. If you are unable to attend from 8:00am to 5:30pm on both days, we invite you to join us at a future session when doing so will be possible. To ensure trust building in the small groups and to enable participants to make connections across the entire curriculum, attending the full two days is essential.

$100 fee for cancellations 30 days prior to the event. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the event. The registration is transferable at no cost.
